James birthday party was a great success! We had a lot of fun in the backyard with friends and family! He made out like a bandit too! Lucky kid! Since I was the hostess I was only able to snap this and about 5 other shots...thats it! :0( I am far more productive at other people's parties! ;}

the whole ensemble
this was an early gift for James, whose birthday is Monday but the celebration starts tomorrow (Sun) with a family party, then continues on Monday with a party at school with all his schoolmates. ;0)
Is he four already!? And are we really married 5 years today??! Time flies...literally 5 years to the day, Saturday Aug 23rd, we were married here in San Jose, 10:00 a.m...wow.
Wish I had all family and friends once again gathered here, all in one place...it was a great day.
But now we are all a bit older, hopefully a touch wiser with new babies, jobs, homes, gray hairs, and god willing many more healthy years ahead. Love to you all.

weekend fun
we spent Saturday with cousins Blake and Malia, Auntie Charinya, and friends Janna and her kids DJ & Seryna while all the Dad's played in a golf tourney. Moms and kids were completely pooped by day's end but we had a great time! ;0)

This may be my one and only chance at 15 minutes of fame and well its 15 minutes more then I thought I would ever get. As long as my boys think I am #1, that's all I need. ;0)
Thanks Nathiya for making me happy and have some photos to look back on one day when I am old and gray and telling my grandkids (God willing) how Grandpa and I met...I can hear the "eeeeeeeew's" now. ;0)
James already says when we kiss goodbye - "EW, YOU'RE MARRIED!" As if that is a bad thing! HA

The Siripoke Family blog was a little overtaken by all of my photography info, blogs, links and such. So I have moved it all over to my Lucky Gal photography blog. ;0)

Happy 65th!
Today was my father-in-law's 65th birthday and we celebrated with a SURPRISE party! He was definitely surprised and it all went off without a hitch! ;0)

I found a wonderful site called www.pifphoto.com - Pay it Foward - where I found this texture, kindly shared by Craig of www.craigsactions.com along with a zillion other wonderful treasures. Once again I am blown away by the intense generosity and kindess of those in the photography community. I have learned so much from so many and I will pass on whatever I can in the future.

Birthday Party
Today we went to our friend Ella's - 5th birthday party at her new house in the Santa Cruz mountains. Needless to say, we had fun! ;0) Spiderman face paint lasted about an hour. ;0)
